Hello Fellow Fans of Girls' Athletics,
Angela Scara, Amy Hensley, and I are
currently spearheading a membership
drive for GAB - Girls' Athletic
Boosters. It has been several years
since GAB has conducted a membership
drive. Throughout the school year,
GAB gives funds to girls' teams to
supplement costs that may not be
covered through their budget.
At the end of the year, GAB presents
scholarships, and in October they
sponsor the Haunted House. This year,
in addition to the membership drive, we
are offering several styles of orange
shirts printed with a new GAB logo
that can be worn to any Flora sporting
event. The following letter, as well as
some shirts, will be made available at
the FAF 3 on 3 tournament on Mr. 7th
as GAB will be there running the
concession stand. We are making the
letter available to some of you before
hand via email.
If you wish to join GAB and pre-order
any shirts for you and your family, you
can simply reply to this email. If you
reply before Tues., your order can be
picked up when you register your
membership on Saturday at the 3 on 3
tournament. If orders are received
after Tues., they can be picked up the
following week either at Custom
Threads & More or Cuttin' Up Salon.
